1. Dog

The customer must assure me that the dog has no infectious diseases. If a contagious disease is suspected, I am entitled to exclude the dog from training. Other illnesses, which can also be of a chronic nature, must also be reported to me before the start of training.
 

2. Dog owner

The dog owner is obliged to give me information openly, honestly and in good faith. Should I find an offence, I am entitled to stop the training immediately. Should I also have the suspicion that the dog is not being kept in an appropriate manner, I will immediately take the necessary steps and inform the responsible authorities. By an inappropriate keeping I mean e.g. health-threatening malnutrition or overfeeding of the dog, suspicion of use in dog fighting, animal hording etc.
 

3. Training

The training is oriented to the respective needs of the customer as well as the state of health, disposition and possibilities of the dog. The customer is expressly advised that the methods learned can only be successful outside the training if they are consistently implemented. I assume no liability for personal injury or financial loss resulting from the use of my methods, except in cases of gross negligence or intent. The customer assumes sole liability for his dog, even if he acts at my instigation.
 

4. Contract

The contract comes off with the date agreement. The appointment agreement can be made by telephone, e-mail or in person.
 

5. Exclusion of liability

I exclude any liability for damages, unless damages are caused due to a grossly negligent or intentional violation. The same applies to the breach of contract by a legal representative or assistant.
 

6. Changes

Changes or additions to the contract must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of my terms and conditions be invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
